Does Leucine and Isoleucine Interact?

Publicar Time: 2019-07-25     Origem: alimentado

Leucine and isoleucine are often put together for their names because of their similar names. And so many people wonder whether the two amino acid feeds have anything to do with it. This article describes the relationship between the two amino acid feeds and gives an example to help understand.

Point:

  • Leucine

  • Isoleucine

  • Leucine and isoleucine

Leucine

Chemical name: 2-amino-4-methylvaleric acid, molecular formula: C6H13NO2, non-polar amino acid under physiological pH. Because it contains chemical name: 2-amino-4-methylvaleric acid, molecular formula: C6H13NO2, in physiological pH is non-polar amino acid. Because it contains a side chain, it belongs to one of the branched chain amino acids. Leucine feed is mainly used in liver, adipose tissue and muscle tissue. It is used to synthesize sterol in adipose tissue and muscle tissue. The utilization rate of leucine feed is more than 7 times that of liver. It is an essential amino acid feed for animals and participates in fat metabolism. It has a side chain, so it belongs to one of the branched chain amino acids. Isoleucine

White crystalline platelets or crystalline powders. Slightly bitter. Odorless. The sublimation temperature is 168-170 °C. It is an essential amino acid. There are four isomers, and only the L-form can have physiological effects. L-iso-light hydrogen acid belongs to the hydrophobic amino acid, and the main advantage of L-iso-light hydrogen acid feed is to increase the strength and quick muscle air repair when combined with other amino acids. Since it is an essential amino acid, it can only be obtained from dietary sources and supplements. It can be used in dairy cows and feed additives.

Leucine and Isoleucine

Leucine is an agonist of mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) and, therefore, is the only factor in feed that directly stimulates muscle tissue protein synthesis and causes a decrease in plasma isoleucine.

Leucine feed and isoleucine feed are two essential branched-chain amino acids for fish, which have physiological functions such as regulating protein metabolism and enhancing immunity. Leucine is the only keto amino acid in branched-chain amino acids, which plays a vital biological role in regulating endocrine, immune function and enhancing nutrition. As a raw sugar ketone amino acid, the isoleucine feed is a raw material for synthesizing animal hormones and enzymes, and has an effect of promoting protein synthesis and inhibiting its decomposition, and plays an important role in life activities.

The gingiva is a member of the genus Butterfly, scorpion, and gingival, and is an important breeding species in the Far East (including China, Japan, and Korea). As an important marine fish in China, research on its relationship with branched-chain amino acids is very limited. Aquatic animals can regulate the digestive enzymes and immune enzymes in the body by ingesting food. The suitable leucine feed additive and isoleucine feed additive level in the feed can significantly improve the digestive enzyme activity and non-specific immunity of pepsin, lipase and other enzymes. Studies have shown that the addition of a suitable leucine feed additive to the feed can increase the digestive enzyme activity of tilapia. This indicates that the addition of a certain level of branched chain amino acids to the feed can affect the digestion of aquatic animals and the activity of immune enzymes. At present, the research on the activities of digestive enzymes and non-specific immunoenzymes in gingiva is not sufficient. The interaction of branched-chain amino acids on the activity of digestive enzymes and immune-related enzymes in gingiva has not been reported. The proper content of branched-chain amino acids in feed can improve the growth performance of gingiva. Therefore, it is important to investigate the effect of branched-chain amino acid interaction on the enzyme activity in gingiva. In this experiment, the gingiva was used as the research object, and the interaction between the two amino acids was studied for the digestion of the gingiva by adding different levels of leucine feed and isoleucine feed to the feed.

The relationship between leucine and isoleucine is described above, and they can interact and interact with each other. I believe that future research will make these two amino acid feeds complement each other and have a positive impact on each other.
